Aiko wasn't excited to see her classmates.

Because she was still kinda mad at them And Aiko doesn't do confrontation. It's not normal for her. She doesn't like it. She walked into class, not too late this time. She didn't squeak through barely on time because she wasn't that mad at them. But she definitely wasn't early.

Being at Monoma's house had made her forget about it for a little bit. Especially after they kissed for a second and then third time. Turns out making out takes your mind off a lot of stuff.

But now what Denki or rather Kaminari said to Monoma was all she could think about. She sat down at her desk and vaguely listened to the story Mina was telling her and Kirishima until Aizawa came in and classes started.

Aiko looked out the window with a frown. Maybe she'd just not bring it up, that's what she usually did anyways. Just ignored it until it was too late to bring up the issue. It sounded fine in her head but the reality was, she was just a nervous pushover. That's all.

Aiko sat at the lunch table with the same group of friends that had previously embarrassed her and sat quietly as usual. "Oh yeah Aiko!!! So what's happening with you and Monoma!!! Huh? Give me the details!!"

Aiko looked up at Mina and then back down at her food. "Oh, we're just partners on a project for our history class. Nothing big..."

"I don't believe that for a second!! You totally like him!~" Mina teased.

Aiko shrunk down. "Can we please not talk about yesterday?"

Aiko had always imagined having a friend group where she immediately texted them about her first kiss and told them every detail of it. But she didn't trust Mina like that. Because Monoma was right in saying Mina was a gossip. Everything she learned ended up circling around the whole school.

"Why not?! Come on Aiko tell me about you two!!! Are you guys boyfriend and girlfriend-"

"Mina please I- I don't want to talk about this with you alright?" She mumbled, too lightly for Mina to really hear.

"Well I'm glad you guys aren't, he's an ass." Kaminari shrugged.

"Yeah I think you made that really clear yesterday Kaminari." Aiko said, stabbing at her food with her chop sticks.

"Are you mad at us?!" Mina asked in shock and what seemed to be... confusion.

Aiko shrugged. "Whatever, I don't want to talk about this right now." She said, trying to avoid it.

Mina scoffed. "Why are you mad at me?! What did I do?" Mina asked and Aiko just shrugged.

"What... What were you talking to Tris about? That day that I left school early?" Aiko asked glancing up at Mina who looked shocked.

"I... I didn't.." Mina said looking away

Aiko shook her head and looked away. "Yeah... alright."

"Okay fine! Maybe I did! But she talked to me first! I was walking through the halls and she pulled me aside to ask about the fight and-"

"How the hell did she know about that?!" Bakugou asked, glaring at Mina.

"Mina told Tetsu in class 1-B. Even though it could ruin both of our reputations." Aiko mumbled, looking down at the table.

"Oh come on! I didn't tell them your names or anything! It's not that big of a deal!" Mina said and Aiko shrugged.

"Well yeah that might be what you think, but everyone who knows already assumes it was Bakugou. It doesn't matter if you didn't give names, other classes already hate us. This is just giving them more reasons." Kirishima pointed out and Mina rolled her eyes.

"Oh come on, I can talk about what I want. It's not hurting anyone." She mumbled.

"Yeah well don't expect me to tell you all the details of my life if you gossip like this. You're not exactly trust worthy with that kinda stuff." Aiko said looking to the side.

"Damn..." Kirishima whispered, sharing glances with Sero.

"So... you think I'm gonna talk about you and Monoma? Is that it?" Mina asked, rolling her eyes.

"We're you not going too?" Aiko asked and Mina shrugged.

"O-of course not..."

"Yeah well you shouldn't be with the guy anyway, he's just-"

"He's just what? Trying to get in my pants? That's what you said yesterday wasn't it?" Aiko interrupted Kaminari. "You embarrassed me yesterday, it really wasn't cool what you did. I wouldn't have minded if you had gone to me about it but you shouldn't have talked to him like that."

"What?! You don't even know him Aiko-"

"No you don't know him! Have you ever actually talked to him or anything? Or are you just basing this off of what you've heard from people like Mina?" Aiko scoffed. "Unlike you I've actually tried to get to know him. All you know are rumors. I don't even understand why you care anyways."

"Because you're my Friend and I don't want you to get hurt!" Denim argued.

"Oh you don't? Is that why you dumped me to go to the dance with somebody that didn't even want to go with you? That hurt me Kaminari, Monoma was the only one that made me feel better that day." She sighed.

She dropped her fork and slumped back."See? this is why I didn't want to talk about this. I don't want to hurt you guys but this is how I feel okay? I still want to be friends but I don't want you guys to freak out Everytime I hang out with a guy." Aiko looked around at them and sighed, collecting her tray.

"Hey where are you going?!" Kaminari asked.

"I just need to be alone right now okay? I'm going to go sit somewhere else." She said, turning and marching away, hoping they couldn't see her tears.
