Pretty self explanatory but she can manipulate weather related elements in certain conditions (She can't use it inside without making a mess)
The weather will change if she's feeling extreme emotions (anger/sadness/fear)
Less so for positive emotions.
Looks: Curly brown hair,
Dark brown eyes that can appear back in low lighting,
And Tan skin with scattered freckles
Likes: games, proheros, cats, rain, funny or scary movies, strawberry flavored almost anything, soft/fluffy things (stuffed animals, certain clothes)
